Whiterock Real Estate Investment Trust (Whiterock REIT) is an unincorporated open-ended real estate investment trust formed and governed under the laws of the Province of Manitoba and constituted pursuant to a Declaration of Trust. Whiterock REIT is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol WRK.UN, and has been a member of the S&P/TSX Small Cap Index since September 2010.
